JENTA READS COMMISSIONING| EVENT

On Saturday, 30th March 2019 the Jenta Reads Community Library was officially commissioned by Selfless4Africa and Abuja Global Shapers Community

Sequel to winning the Emerging Leaders Program 4.0 on June 12th, 2018, Jenta Reads received a grant of 1.1 Million Naira to execute the Community Library Program. The commissioning witness several people from all walks of life, there was also an award for the essay Competition Organized by Jenta Reads Community Initiative. The essay competition tagged, "The Jenta of My Dreams" expected secondary school students to write an essay of not less than 400 words. We received numerous submissions but selected the Top 10, 3 Top Essays were awarded cash prize and awards. 1st Prize received 10,000 Naira, 2nd Prize 7,000 Naira, and 3rd Prize 5,000.
