THE GENERATIONAL DEBATE| OUTCOME

The Generational Debate was organized to strike up a conversation amongst secondary school students about the issues that will face their generation.

Topics such as ARE AFRICAN COUNTRIES CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS BEFORE THE SET DEADLINE OF 2030?

THE SOCIETY AND NOT THE PARENTS ARE TO BE BLAMED FOR DRUG AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE AMONGST ADOLESCENTS.

IS THE PURSUIT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE A NOBLE PART FOR HUMANITY?

were debated. After the entire debate, which was rigorous and had stiff rules, Government Secondary School Township came first, Shekinah High School came second and Peace Academy came third.

All schools received cash prizes, books, and awards.

Many thanks to Mr. Izha Che for funding this year's generational debate. Mr. Che is Jentan in the diaspora who believe that he can give back to his former community through supporting initiatives that boost conversations amongst them.

Many thanks to all our judges for volunteering their time to be part of this, we are truly grateful.

Congratulations to everyone who participated, and to our winners, keep it up!
